What Is the TWT Capital Funding and What Are the Expected Expenses?

The American Outreach Foundation has launched a TWT capital fund campaign with seed capital and medium-term investment goals. The TWT Initiative is a transitional workforce training program structured as a vocational manufacturing center for youth aging out of the foster care system.

TWT has set a $25 million budget for medium-term financial sustainability, with a project start-up threshold at $6.5 million.

As with any start-up, expected expenses will include recruiting and hiring staff at all levels for critical business functions, operations, human resources, business development, success counseling.

Additionally, TWT will need to acquire manufacturing infrastructure, warehouse and office facilities, residential capacity, and necessary manufacturing tools, materials and equipment.
